X-Pole starts the 'New Decade' with 2 completely NEW ranges of exercise and dance poles - Sport (XS) and XPERT (XX). These two new ranges have been developed by X-Poles Managing Director (Professor Pole!!) and tested and used over the last 2 years by the world's best dancers - such as Jamilla Deville (Aus), Suzie-Q (Aus), Karen Shaundy (UK), Annie Norris, Deb Riley (UK), Jenyne (USA) and many. many more.
All the new X-Poles are 'Bottom Loading' and feature the new and exclusive X-Joint system (Patent pending) which increases joint strength as well as overall pole rigidity. Even better X-Joints are easier and quicker to install and breakdown than any other joint system.

X-Pole Wins Fake Pole Legal Battle |

X-Pole Wins 5 Figure Legal Settlement
X-Pole has won a decisive legal battle against a UK company importing Copy/Fake X-Poles and using Vertical Leisure/X-Pole copyright photos and text.
The UK company concerned had imported fake X-Poles from a company in China claiming to be the X-Pole manufacturer. They then used the X-Pole name, inferred that the product was X-Pole, used copyright text and X-Pole copyright photos to market the fake products. In addition the fake product the breached X-Poles product international design rights.
The company, on being advised by Vertical Leisure that they were committing offences, denied the situation at which point Vertical Leisure entered into legal action against the company and its Directors. Certain aspects of copyright infringement are criminal offenses which the director of an infringing company are personally libel for.
Customs and Excise and Trading Standards also took the importation of fake product, copyright infringement and misrepresentation extremely seriously and investigated the company concerned, a situation that no company needs.
After legal action was taken and the company was proven to be a fault, it eventually, thousands of pounds later, admitted liability. Vertical Leisure received a 5 figure sum representing damages and legal expenses.
Warning - Following this successful legal action Vertical Leisure / X-pole will now be taking action against ANY company who infringes X-Pole patents, design rights or copyrighted text and photos.
Certain copy import companies will be receiving legal letters shortly. If in any doubt about product or copyright issues relating to X-Pole contact the Vertical Leisure / X-Pole office immediately.
